merge audiobooks or podcasts without re-encoding (remuxing only) to single m4b with quicktime/nero chapters or mp3 with id3v2 chapters using cuesheets; also allows for renaming/editing chapters

Currently scripts are setup to ignore title and artist metadata when generating cuesheets #12
This was done to prevent any formatting issues with the title or artist (such as blank fields, special characters) causing issues during processing. I may add this in - but it doesn't matter in my workflow because I import the final chapterized file into MusicBee for further metadata editing and the cuesheet is currently just used for conversion/storing purposes and not as actual cuesheet.
