Not working with current version of Notepad++

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. update Notepad++ to: npp 5.1.1 bin
2. install plugin
3. view the error message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should work, but I get: This ANSI Plugin is not compatible with your 
Unicode Notepad++
This plugin is not compatible with current version of notepad++

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.1.1 Vista

This needs to be changed to high priority. I have the same error with the 
latest Np++

This problem also occurs on Windows XP.
