The plugin is extremely slow when adding 33000 Apis and counting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add 33000 names in a <Keywords name="*"></Keywords> enclosure of GmodLua.xml
2. Browse a lua file
3. The plugin is extremely slow to load the lua highlights on Core i7 12Gb DDR3 
:O
4. Revert the last changes in 1. 2. 3. and
5. Now enclose 33000 names in a <Keywords name="instre1"></Keywords> enclosure 
of the officiel langs.xml file
6. It's as fast as having a few names

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

To have step 2. as fast as step 6.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SVN revision 35

I'm designing your mod for World of Warcraft globals, your mod is great to me, 
simply excellent I like to get this fixed and will debug in my free time, I 
hope I can provide you with a solution of this caveat.
