i think places like suggestions or help boards would be good if foes could be lifted at your discretion, some members only post bad in certain forums.

it's definitely not something phpBB supports by default. i don't think it would be a difficult modification though. not a bad idea as i definitely notice people post with different sets of values depending on the forum
