Don't understand issue. Mod is installed on both version : 1.21

Sorry for the late response, could you add some more information? What are the steps to reproduce this bug & is there any information in the server logs?

Could you also clarify what you mean with it being installed on both? Offline players is a fabric server sided mod so it should be installed on a fabric server only.
