Disabling API might download wrong vanilla file #44

Scarab Version

v2.0.0.0

Hollow Knight Version

v1.5.78

Steps to Reproduce

Ensure mapi is downloaded and delete Assembly-Csharp.dll.v in Mac/Linux

Expected Behaviour

Scarab correctly gets the vanilla assembly for each os

Actual Behaviour

Scarab only gets the windows Assembly-Csharp. Will cause non Windows users to have their controllers not work.
