MISC is a new framework that adds more character slots similar to ESU. Amy Galore is the only mod that uses this technology for now. The only compatibility issue that I found so far is in level select, when selecting Galore Amy, her continue icon sprite doesn't show up when using ESU or is replaced by Knuckles when ESU is disabled.
