Back porting new features to pre 1.19.3 versions #6

Will be attending to back port the newer updates to previous versions to help those who are using older versions of minecraft.

Base code is done. Just some weird bugs (preventing resource packs from downloading) appeared so going to look into why they happened.

This is now done. Pre 1.19.3 versions will be suffixed with -PRE
