Marwans ash bonus damage ticks not showing? #280

Not sure what causes it, if it's one of my ui mods or something else. but marwans ash is meant to add flat damage to every hit, right? by it's been a while since I've seen the blue damage popups from it, and sometimes I noticed it not actually increasing my damage like it used to.

I get a feeling the marwans ash is actually making enemies hit me for bonus damage instead. cause was just watching my character, and I got shot by a wisp, and after the 20 something damage a pair of 6s came out of me. which was around the damage marwans ash should have been adding extra...
