"Auto" upgrade NAFLM #138

Scott had an idea to have a little upgrade section that downloads updated files when there's a new release.

I'm not certain about it for 1.1, as this is a pretty huge task, but it is a great idea and I'd love to see it implemented!

Was going to work on the SQL upgrade stuff and thought this was it. >.>

This should look at GitHub releases. There's a JSON API to be read!
