Prepare for 2020 rule set #325

This software need to implement the 2020 rule set once available, maby branch and figure out what needs to be done to speed up the implementation once released.

Hello, Is there really a plan to make NAFLM compatible with BB2020 ruleset ? I've seen another issue raised, where people it would be easier to start from scratch (https://github.com/TheNAF/naflm/issues/291)

As a commissionner, I'd love to keep tracks from my old seasons registered, but I understand that it might be easier to start a new system to use the new gameplay.

I am using OBBLM on my local league and everyone is amazed. I would be very happy yo contribute into developing 2020 rules if you need extra workforce.
