Lock-up when using a WinUSB device with packet logging enabled #19

Enabling both of these options while using a WinUSB device causes the UI to lock up and become unusable:

I'm unable to reproduce this locally last time I checked, unsure what the cause is.

Should be fixed in v5.0.0
