Update documentation with docker compose example #64

I'm using docker compose to run the sync, added an example in the docs to provide an example file others can use as a starting point.

Instead of documenting a compose file in the readme, why not provide a ready to go compose.yml file in the repo?

I really didn't think about it till you mentioned it.

I'll submit a pull request to add it later.

I'll close this PR and update the documentation referencing the docker-compose as well as another PR for the docker-compose file itself.
