[x] Create default config files.
[x] Check and create tables.
[x] Create Server Account
[ ] Get all player UUIDS/Usernames After first currency creation.
[x] Get all items for item-based currencies

[ ] Conversion(won't be in recode beta, beta should be for TNE users)
