Change when stat changes are saved to the database.

Changes to stats are saved immediately whenever things happen, like looting a chest. This should change to save in the following situations.

• Game End
• Player Leave
• Server shutdown
• Before /setstat ( changes are calculated based on time )

This will significantly reduce database spam and prevent the likelihood of SQL errors
