The Map Rating Star display is not correct #29

While I have been playing some games, I have noticed that the rating stars have not been correct. The calculation that is listed after it is correct, but the star display is not.

Applied a possible fix for this. When it was doing the caculations, it was calculating it as a percent but it was not using percentages in the display of it.
