Noticed while playing a game that someone was able to get two kills as a Chicken Mutation. I cannot find any logs for this though for some reason.

Its quite embarrassing my "Well not I hate this" was screenshotted

This bug is probably related to death handling. Haven't been able to test this after some changes to the mutation system though so not sure if this still exists.

After looking through the code and the screenshot (I didnt see it earlier), it is probably because of event firing. I should add a check to the killPlayer method to check against the spectator game team.
