[SUGGESTION] Focus location name text field upon opening location properties. #210

This is a quality of life thing so that you dont have to click the text field every time you open a locations properties. It would be great to press enter after selecting a location and then immediately start typing the name instead of having to click the name field every time.

To add to this, the properties window should open in the center of the screen, usually the user is working on something in the center of the screen and having to move the mouse over to the top left where it opens is slightly inconvenient. It also blocks the minimap and part of the option tree on the left.
