Add system testing lesson for Ruby on Rails path

Description Currently, the RoR path does not have any testing lessons for Rails. This issue aims to resolve by adding a new lesson for system testing within a new testing section in the Ruby on Rails curriculum. There are many useful resources that go over system testing and you can find this within Rails guides here and by googling resources on it. This lesson should follow the style guide.

• An explanation of how system tests allow testing user experience.
• A general example of what a system test would look like in RSpec.
• Why system testing is preferred over integration testing.
• Debugging system tests and utilizing the screenshot helper for debugging.

It wasn't a million miles away, I had a decent first draft put together before deployment rewrite and indie derailed my plans this year 😆

I should have more free time coming up, I'd like to try getting it over the line. But if time is still hard to come by and I'm no further forward this time next month, I'd be happy to post what I have and hand it over to yourself.
