Because

The purpose of this PR is to create synchronous flow of understanding in the readers mind, by solving a rather small but important issue of numbering mistake (i.e 1,2,3 rather than 1,1,1).

So as mentioned above at the end of the article, there is a mistake of numbering of the bullet point of (1,1,1), and I just suggested it to be 1, 2, 3 instead.

Using only the number 1 is recommended good practice because if you have to change the list you don't need to renumber everything. In the lesson it actually displays consecutive numbers
