The first link in the Assignment section is not working, so I changed it to a working link (medium.com)

Closing as webarchive is back up after the recent DDoS attack. Also related to why we don't want to use the medium link for that article: https://github.com/TheOdinProject/curriculum/issues/28951#issuecomment-2422995944
