Replaced the now unavailable web archive link with a working link.

Because the original link is now defunct and does not work.

This PR replaces the original web archive link with a functional link.

Hi @Warfarian, I just re-tested the link and it was working? Could you give it another shot and let me know if it's still not working?

Hi @linkonsat it seems to be working now, apologies. I'm guessing it wasn't working earlier because the web archive was down for a while.
