There is a typo in the Form Validation section in the Intermediate HTML and CSS Course.

In the Combining Validations portion of the section the following is a typo, "post textarea both".

There should likely be a space between text and area.

Thanks for the report @relativeSkeptic, I think the intention was for it to be a reference to the text area element which is one word. We could make that clearer by wrapping it in angle brackets and a code block:

`<textarea>`

Does that sound good to you?
