Links to ebook were previously going to amazon.com. I updated the links to point to the google preview site (same links as the previous lessons).
Also added an additional resource, https://launchschool.com/books/oo_ruby/read/introduction, suggested by @KevinMulhern that could potentially replace the chapters from Beginning Ruby in the future.
