GTA VCS 3.0 doesn't exist #12

GTA LCS 3.0 exists but not VCS in 3.0, as far as I understand. I've tried looking it up everywhere but i seemingly only find 1.01 or 1.03. Whats up with that?

Confirmed to work with VCS USA 1.03, @TheOfficialFloW the 3.00 thing in the readme must be a typo. Also, I replaced the english.gxt file in the game ISO by the spanish.gxt one (renaming it to english.gxt) and now I can play the USA version at native vita resolution and with spanish subtitles!
