Víta crashes and reboots after exit #1

After trying to exit from the app (downloaded henkaku and vitadeploy), the system crashes and have to do it all over again.

You should post it to the other issues board as pasted above, but in case it helps, I was having this issue until I reset my taihen config.txt on the bootloader menu: bootstrap-action-far
