Whenever the Vita is put on standby and you wake it back up, I always see this message. MinivitaTV is something that isn't used a majority of the time but this message is always present while the plugin is active. Is it possible to disable this message?

I think you can't disable this. Maybe because the code is from PSTV System. And if you change it, it may bootloop or shut down or even crash/freeze (GPU).
