1.90 vitashell use (open decrypted) crash #404

My machine is psvita 1000 and system ver is 3.65变革O. I update vitashell 1.90 and when i use open decrypted ,then it crash.I try to reboot psv and press L when it reboot.It is still crash

A reboot is required.
