Install decrypted DLC #564

Will it be in future to install decrypted DLC is method ???

A program is ready to receive and install clean content (game + patch + repatch) without using plugins. The problem is only with connecting and installing the DLC.

this is not an issue with VitaShell but rather one of henkaku,

henkaku disables npdrm signing checks for signed games (it actually does it by telling npdrm its a devkit iirc?) since it generates a license file and everything,

however it does not for themes, dlc, or even updates ._.
