me and my mate were trying to jail break the ps vita 3.74 and we ended up downloading the full-encore link to vita thru pc.
ended up downloading it following through all the steps.
when you use the h-encore-2 link we instead received h-encore 1 downloaded it and everything it gave us a white screen.
is there a solution or a link to h-encore-2 that works and can directed downloaded and plugged in through the same as h-encore 1.
