The issue in detail is mentioned below with Screen Shots :

The Text entered is in this format :

But the text is not being accepted in the required format, instead it is being shown as a paragraph. :

In the Snapshot, it also being showed as a paragraph format instead as the original way of the input :

So go through all the 3 issues in detail and fix the issues with any related issues that are linked.
