Fixed miningLaser stucking on clusters & rtg and arc furnaces interactions with hoppers #133

Mining laser was endlessly mining cluster ores - easyFix. Arc furnace now extends TileEntityMachineBase and properly interact with hoppers. Rtg furnace too.
