Something is wrong with the AWS calculations #19

The percentage numbers are lower than when I execute locally. This is the same DB, what else is different between the two?

This is related to time zones! I don't explicitly reference the time zones in some places, or I use local timezones. that explains the difference between executing in FL and executing in Ohio on AWS. I forget exactly how to fix this though.
