Eyedropper is offset from actual position #223

Describe the bug The eyedropper tool is offset from its real position on the page.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042
Windows Screen Magnifier @ 170%
Additional monitor plugged in

To Reproduce

Use the eyedropper tool to select a color on the screen

Expected behavior The eyedropper tool should magnify the content directly surrounding to the mouse pointer.

I am also having this issue on Colour Contrast Analyser version 3.1.2 but it is fine in 3.1.1.

Same for me on my Laptop, but only for the external 4K screen. With the internal display it works. Therefore I checked the issue and found out, that this happens only if the "Scale & Layout" setting is not 100%. When it´s 100% everything is ok. On higher values the issue appears.

For me v3.1.1 portable has this issue too.

2nd 4K-Monitor Scaling: 125%

Same issue here with 3.1.4 -- at any scaling it's not working on the 2nd larger monitor. I have to move the application to the laptop monitor to get a reading.

New laptop installed with:

Edition Windows 10 Enterprise Version 21H2 Installed on ‎4/‎27/‎2022 OS build 19044.1645 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0
