Odd visual tearing effect/artifcats on the disclosure widgets on Windows #252

Describe the bug I see some odd diagonal visual tearing/artifacts on the 1.4.3/1.4.6/1.4.11 disclosure widget triggers when closed.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

To Reproduce Open the latest 3.2.0

Screenshots screenshot of the disclosure widgets, showing diagonal light lines that shouldn't be there

Additional context This may be an electron issue, not sure...

Still happening for me in 3.4.2

CCAe 3.4.2 with visible 'tearing' effect
