Preferences > "Color Picker type" without options to choose #272

Describe the bug "Color Picker type" element in Preferences windows has no options to choose. If it's useless, please remove it from window.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10 x64
Version 3.2.0

To Reproduce Open CCA menu, then open Preferences window

Expected behavior "Color Picker type" element has options to choose or it should be removed from window.
