Have you tried it using an account that has full local administrator rights? I think that might be the problem and I've just logged new issue #312 for this.
I am using Win10 Enterprise at work and do not have this issue (just checked in version 3.5.2 too)
Describe the bug Color Picker does not respond at all.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Open CCA - Select the Color Picker - Attempt to access item to be analyzed with Color Picker.
Expected behavior CCA should allow user to select the Color Picker and then select item that user is attempting to check for Foreground and Background values to get WCAG results. Instead Color Picker does not respond and CCA stays on the Color Picker values showing when CCA is opened.

Additional #[context]The previous version of CCA allowed Color Picker to work for a bit and then stopped responding completely. 3.3.0 was installed and the Color Picker does not respond in this version either.
