list item function shows alert when list items present #68

using latest 64bit build on windows 8.1 go to http://www.paciellogroup.com/resources/wat/ select structure - list items list items are displayed in page + alert saying 'no list items found'

I suspect this might be to do with frames. Much of the alerts don't make it clear as to whether they relate to the main page content or a frame (and, if a frame, what the frame's name is). Will assign this to @menovak as he knows the code better than me, and may be able to quickly tweak the alert text.
