Balloons' appearance #45

Appreciate this is a minor thing! I just feel that the balloons make the top of the page feel quite "heavy"/dense; wondering if a light bright colour (maybe to match the existing TPG blue highlights) would help.

@matatk Thanks for the feedback. Is it the orange/gold that is a problem or the use of solid black in the ballons?

We've used the gold as this is a colour we are looking at using in the TPG Style Guide that Matt Feldman is working on. We'll chat about this but it's low priority for now.

It just seems like there's a huge dark patch there in the top-right because the balloons are entirely black. If they used lighter colours it would 'lift' the whole top of the page. I can make you a new image if you like, maybe striping the balloons with the yellow and blue that are already used elsewhere on the page?

Thanks @matatk. We'll address this in our next meeting and make changes to the logo ourselves if we decide to go ahead.

We're already using the TPG links for the links and TPG gold. We don't want to overdo it on the balloons. Also the density is needed when the logo us seen on other pages at smaller sizes. Unless this is creating issues of readability we're going to close this. Thanks for the comments Matt.
