Bootlegger description #138

I think it would be usefull that when a player hovers over the Bootlegger token they could see the custom rule that is used. Maybe it could be an option for the ST to click on it and change the description?

I think the Bootlegger is used primarily when Homebrew characters are on the script, so at that point you might as well just create a Homebrew Fabled to contain your custom rule(s). For the other use cases it would probably make sense to have a customizable Fabled, but the backend architecture currently doesn't support this yet, and it would be a bit more work to get it in. So this is going to be rather low priority.
