[BUG] New voice icon shows while muted during night #210

Description

With the new UI update, there is a bug where the microphone icon (indicating you are speaking) appears while speaking but still muted. This only occurs during the night phase. During the day phase, it shows as a muted microphone icon.

Steps to reproduce

Join a game and take any seat. The ST sets the game state to night. Mute your microphone using the icon on the top right. Speak into your mic. The icon that shows if you are speaking will show up for the player speaking but not for the rest of the players.
