[BUG] Frozing nomination with 2 storyteller #240

Description

When 2 ST the same time start a vote and close it. then the platform frooze Képernyőkép_29-9-2024_23155_tauri localhost

Steps to reproduce

  1. make 2 storyteller
  2. start a nomination
  3. 1 storyteller start the nomination countdown, otherone close it the same time
  4. froze the platform in a non nomination picture.
