Wrong requirements for Crystallizer in questbook #33

Modpack version 1.3.8

Issue This is essentially the same issue as e2e had: https://github.com/EnigmaticaModpacks/Enigmatica2Expert/issues/1951. Crystallizer requires 2 fluid hatches but quest books says 2 coils
