the Lenses quest in Early Game says "Soon you will need Diamond, Emerald, Topaz, and Sapphire lenses" but Topaz Lenses don't exist anymore
a few quests in the Simulating Resources tab make references to Deep Mob Learning that should probably say Hostile Neural Networks instead
Numistatic dynamos require zeron-100 in HM, which is locked behind IV and tungsten, probably should be moved somewhere else or removed from the questbook entirely
DML also doesn't exist in hardmode
Quests required for:
Given the crafting recipe for the Mote of Omnium, the Silicon quest in the Elements and Alloys tab should ask for the dust, not the ingot
Make a quest that adds a toggle for Peaceful mode and Keep Inventory in Genesis
There's a typo in the Soddium Persulfate and Iron III Chloride quest ("this shoud be the best approach right now")
This quest should probably be replaced/removed in Hardmode, as Steel cannot be made using the Alloy Smelter.
The Sandstone quest in the Processing Lines tab mentions using EnderIO Crafters or Compacting Drawers to get sandstone, none of which are possible (it should mention using a Compressor instead)
EDIT : It seems like the crafter exists in the newer versions of EnderIO but Compacting Drawers don't compact sand into sandstone but into Compressed Sand
In 0.8.1, it's shown in the quest book that the 4k storage cell has a pre-requisite for Logic Processors, but in reality you don't need any Logic Processors for the 1k to 4k upgrades, just more Calculation Processors. It really is a small issue but I'm kind of annoyed by it.

Couple quick issues:
Naphtha quest is supposed to be optional for getting to epoxy (Allyl Chloride says that path is optional), but it is actually required. This is a huge annoyance to anyone who skips Petrochem
"IV Machine Hulls" is a prerequisite for "New Cable Coverings", but it should be the other way around. Also, it would make sense to have "1x platinum cable" as the completion item for new cable coverings. That way players could complete it with either SBR or SiR.
reinforced jetpack and hardened jetpack quests in The Beginning should have weak NBT match and NBT match, NBT gets added to the jetpacks if you ever toggle hover, engine, or charge it, making these quests impossible in survival without literally never touching the jetpacks' previous tiers before you craft them. I'd assume this probably applies to all Iron Jetpacks quests excluding tier 1 ones aswell.
PPM quest in processing lines tab still mentions PPC instead of PPMs
Two more issues:
In the "Fission Reactor" quest, it states that 150 reactor casings are needed, but that was for the old NC, where edges and corners were not filled in. The number now for a 5x5x5 reactor should be 217. That is 777 - 555 - 1 (for the controller).
Second issue:
Several quests still reference "Pulsating Polymer Clay" in their descriptions, which has since been renamed to "Pulsating Prediction Matrix"
Genesis quest "GT Item Pipes" completable only with specifically the Normal Tin Item Pipe contrary to the quests description. First experienced in survival, then reproduced in creative as shown. Also tested with other materials of normal pipe, only tin works.
Edit: also just noticed a grammar issue in the third line ("a item pipe" should be "an item pipe")
[Harder mode] Genesis "Steam Production" quest requires only low powered steam boilers. High Powered Steam Boilers are available, theoretically, through looting steel from cities. Also, only solid fuel boilers are available, either way, due to a lack of glass pre-steam.
Hard mode, Into the Microverse, Quantum Flux Can't complete due to the prerequisite quest Extraterrestrial matter not being able to be crafted.
Not possible to complete Genesis chapter. I'm not sure why - maybe related to the "Recharge Your Prospector!" and "Cake Based Dimensional Transit" quests not being completable.
In the mid-game quest page, it mentions that Kanthal uses a Hot Kanthal Ingot as in-between result, however in-game a Kanthal Dust in an EBF results directly in a normal Kanthal Ingot. So either the quest book is wrong, or the recipe for Kanthal Ingot is.
The early-game quest page has this for that same ingot
So the other jetpack quest after the grains of infinity is glitched due at the NBT i had only this jetpack :
normal mode: canner quest mentions antimony comes from processing tetrahedrite and stibnite, when you can now just smelt stibnite ore
"any any"
energetic alloy energy conduits quest mentions crafting by hand if you don't have an assembler despite requiring an EBF, which itself requires an assembler due to coils, making it entirely unnecessary
chromium quest requires MV Mixer quest as a dependency despite only requiring an MV Electrolyzer to complete
"Pulsating Polymer Clay" is incorrect. Plus, those instructions are incorrect for HNN.
On "Even Harder" mode, many of the beginning quests refer to the ore scanner and diamond mining hammers, but you don't start with them on that difficulty.

In hard mode (and harder i guess), quartz cannot be made from glass or sand. So you can remove the entry in the processing lines
Just a couple of small typos:
[Aluminium Ingots Quest] Misleading text for hard/harder mode, the recommended clay dust electrolysis is impossible at lv power
[Inductor Quest] The inductor quest does not accept smds, depsite the quest mentioning you can skip the normal ones and go straight for smds
EU p2ps are removed in harder mode
AE2 Can now handle fluids, so the last part about making a separate machine for each fluid is irrelevant now
Sand cannot be smelted into glass in regular furnaces in harder mode.
Glycerol can be skipped when making epichlorohydrin in the lcr, but the glycerol is still mandatory
et matter cannot be obtained in hard mode
In harder mode the steam age is required, However many of the quests in "The Beginning" Require you to craft lv versions of the steam machines you already have, despite the steam machines being able to do the required recipes. Would be nice if just like the macerrator quest accepting lv,mv or hv, some of those quests accepted the steam versions, especially the high pressure steam versions which can do lv recipes
Harder mode has rewards
The inspector gadget quest (in genesis) asks you to craft all the building gadgets. In Harder mode the replacing gadget requires an IV emitter. Making an IV emitter at the beginning of the game is a little ridiculous.
In harder mode, Genesis contains a quest for the steam separator, but Early Game also does. Maybe they should be linked quests ? The rewards don't really matter, but it's odd to confirm the same quest twice
[The beginning] thermal boilers cannot be made in harder mode
This recipe is optional but the quest cannot be skipped
Dimethylhydrazine has an alternate recipe that is simpler, Meaning those two quests Should probably marked as optional
The quests for the Simulation Chamber and Loot Fabricator in HNN are inconsistent with whether or not the machines are sided or not and present conflicting info.
