[Bug]: Crash upon attempting to teleport home.

Issue Summary

My game is repeatedly crashing trying to load into the world due to /home command.

Reproduction steps

Tried to teleport to my home in the void dimension from the overworld (which I had done many time before). Upon attempting to teleport the game crashed and now I can't load the world. I have attatched the crash report that I get trying to load in. crash-2024-10-09_13.16.48-fml.txt

It looks like you're missing a mod (but not sure how). You might want to try and reinstall the mod?

Mod thermal_innovation requires cofh_core 11.0.0 or above, and below 11.1.0
        Currently, cofh_core is not installed

I reinstalled the mod and now it seems to be working, thanks.

I just experienced the same crash, same steps as was listed above. Here's the crash report I'll try to reinstall again and see if that fixes again. crash-2024-10-10_15.37.30-client.txt
