Feature request: filter videos by time #3

In order to see the progression of events and potentially find multiple video angles of the same event at a particular time and location, it would be useful to filter the pins to a specific time window, and perhaps create a “scrubber” control to scroll forward and backward in time.

Ive done a bunch with javascript in the past, but this is easiest if there is some implementation out there specifically for google maps.

On the backend, I'll work on getting those timestamps extracted from the flatfiles provided by donk_enby

There could be a use for this for Jan 5th. It could prove if people were in the capitol bld on tours getting recon.

I came here to suggest a time slider to filter videos as well. I might take a swag at implementation.
