Add Cmake build system #8

Hi,

Had to setup a Cmake build system to integrate infoware into my own project. Maybe you would be interested in merging this into the original repo?

The USE_XXX options are handled as Cmake options
Infoware is built as a library
The 3 example applications are built if the BUILD_EXAMPLES option is ON (default)

I tested it on Windows.
