Change Paintings #39

I want to have certain paintings be advertisements for PhaseRail and maybe other buisnesses on the server.

I would use the ImageOnMap plugin but I have a feeling it would make the ads look really bad, and I would have to ensure the plugin is always up-to-date before updating a server. (Plugin takes a while to update, so doing it via paintings is easier to update and makes WAYYYYYYYYYYYY more sense tbh)

This will start to be worked on this weekend/within the next week. I need to actually take some pictures in the server, hence why I can't work on this now. If people want to contribute their own pictures of the server, then feel free to put them in this issue! (Try to have it with shaders please!)

This feature has been pushed back to v1.6 because there's already way too much stuff in v1.5 lol

Most likely coming in v2.2 or later before 1.20 because they added paintings in the creative inventory separately, so it's easier to test these now!

This has been delayed to an update past v2.2 due to timing reasons

so i realized the last comment said v2.4, i meant v2.3

Also, it's finally been done with v2.3 prerelease 3! I'll keep this issue open in case things need to be changed, but we're looking good to go!
