Upgrade Resource Pack to Minecraft 1.19.4/1.20 #57

As this is a huge task, I've made an issue for this to track progress.

I think the big things that will have to be fixed/changed with the upgrade is the dark mode textures for the UI, and sound as well.

Everything else should hopefully transfer over ok. As this is a huge task, I've also made a new branch with the specific goal of converting and upgrading the resource pack to 1.19.4/1.20

Did a quick glance at a resource pack made for 1.19.4, it seems as if the only big thing that needs to be changed is the GUI textures

Unsure about sound, but from research, it seems that has been untouched

This should be done with prerelease 1, can't test right now, but pretty confident things are working! This issue will be closed once I can confirm things are good!
