Locale-CLDR-Locales-En-v0.40.0: Failed test 'Installed Locales' #43

t/13-Installed-Locales.t fails on most of my smokers:

Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
Failed 1/2 subtests

I cannot see a perl version or OS pattern which could cause this test to fail.

I've had problems with that particular test. I'm going to remove the test file and upload a new version
